A Charleston Santa Experience is just that... AN EXPERIENCE! It's a time your child(ren) are meant to remember and a beautiful memory you're meant to share for a lifetime. The experience is always so fun for the kids as they share milk & cookies with Santa and find their name on the nice list... The portraits are a beautiful after thought. It's a keepsake to look at for generations long after the magic of Christmas is gone. While the kids don't put much thought into their time with Santa - we always encourage mom & dad do. This is a fun time but it's also something you're looking back on every year! You want the focus to be your children and not their pajamas. We always encourage if you have hand me down pajamas from generations before to use those! Isn't that the most special part? To connect your children to your childhood or their grandparents childhood?

If you don't, however, we encourage solid reds, greens, or whites. These rich colors not only represent Christmas in Charleston, but they match our backdrop perfectly. Solids also make Santa and your child(ren) the main focus of the scene. Adding patterns or images of cartoons steals from their face and now gives you another focus point. Plus, they grow out of cartoon characters. So you don't want a portrait with a Paw Patrol character when eventually Paw Patrol won't mean anything to your child in the future!
