When the artist sees something others don't

Everyone that comes to my studio in Charleston, SC always asks me how I make such beautiful paintings of dogs. Yes, the photographs are timeless & classic. Yes, they're stunning. I love what I do and I always guarantee my work. What I see and what my client sees is completely different, though. The original photograph that comes out of the camera is just a blank canvas for me to create the perfect portrait. I bring you in to talk about your vision and what you love and it gives me plenty of ideas to create the most perfect portrait of your best friend. I match backdrops to your pup, I get on the floor for the perfect angle, and I work hard to get the perfect photograph to work on. Below is the before & after of what I already had in my head. It was my vision before the dog even stepped into the studio. The owner didn't see this but I saw it before I even snapped the image on my camera. It's all about perspective!!!

Want to pamper your pup????

Dogs don't always listen the way we want them to.... lets face it, they are a lot like children!!!! Whether they've been trained at places like Off Leash K9 Training, LLC or the Dog Wizard or have no former training at all - we treat them no different! Plenty of belly rubs, kisses, and patience is how we like to treat all our four-legged friends!

Our Charleston Photography studio is located in the West Ashley Area right off of I 526. We are one plaza over from Panera Bread. We focus on Children, Families & Dogs. We also run A Charleston Santa Experience every year which is an incredible event where children get to enjoy Santa Claus, playing & making magic!
