Who needs a dress?

Kori was our June model of the month and she was a perfect fit. We had advertised a dress and flowers - but a day before she came in I had to run into Hobby Lobby in Mt. Pleasant for more paint to continue to work on a painting for another client... and me walking into Hobby Lobby is like putting a young child in a Candy Store. It's just a bad idea! A few hundred dollars later I left with more than what I needed and a million more ideas for future sessions - including this stretchy pink fabric that I just though would photograph well but I had no idea how... yet.

Fast forward one day and in walks little miss Kori here at the studio - I had the dress set out - ready to go... but the more I looked at Kori and her gorgeous slender figure and dark skin, the more I thought.... that material was made for her!

My brain works in interesting ways. Kori is gorgeous & I am in love with her portraits! I love when clients return and this is the second time I have had the honor of working with Kori and her amazing mom.
