To keep everyone comfortable in our portrait space, each session accommodates a maximum of three children together. One gifted Artist’s Choice portrait is included per session, regardless of the number of children participating.

Cletus is joining us for one day only, making each appointment a special, limited opportunity. Please choose your session time carefully, as appointments cannot be rescheduled, and all booking payments are non-refundable, including cancellations for any reason.
We understand that life happens. However, we are renting Cletus specifically for this event and committing to costs in advance to reserve your family’s experience, so we’re unable to offer refunds.

Families travel to us from Columbia, Myrtle Beach, Savannah, and beyond, and we make the trip convenient with one complete appointment. Your portrait session, viewing, and artwork selections all take place during the same visit—no separate ordering appointment or return trip required!

What’s included?
Your A Little Christmas Magic experience includes a guided fine art portrait session with Cletus, our miniature unicorn, and a complimentary Artist’s Choice portrait—a beautiful keepsake of an unforgettable experience!
Each child also receives a Christmas gift bag with a unicorn necklace, a ring, stickers, and festive candy or snacks, bringing a little extra magic home. ✨
Your session is $149 + tax for one child. You may include up to two additional children for $50 + tax per child, with a gift bag for every participating child.
Throughout the session, we’ll gently guide your children to create timeless portraits filled with wonder. One gifted Artist’s Choice portrait is included per session, regardless of how many children participate.
After your session, you’ll view your portraits and have the opportunity to purchase additional artwork. There is no obligation to purchase additional portraits.

Who can be in the portrait?
This experience is designed for children, and your $149 + tax session includes one child. After booking, you may add up to two additional children for $50 + tax each, with a Christmas gift bag included for every child. Due to the space available in our portrait setting, sessions accommodate a maximum of three children.
Your child’s safety comes first! Children must be able to sit upright confidently and steadily on their own to be photographed alone with Cletus. Children who cannot yet sit independently cannot be photographed alone with the unicorn. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss whether a safely supported portrait arrangement is possible for your little one.

Your children don’t need to know how to pose. We’ll guide them every step of the way, with patience, encouragement, and room for their personalities to shine.

How do I prepare?
Think timeless Christmas magic! Rich reds, deep greens, golds, and soft creams photograph beautifully. Velvet dresses, classic knits, dress shirts, suspenders, and simple dress shoes are lovely choices. Avoid busy patterns, large logos, and distracting accessories so the focus stays on your child and Cletus.
Please arrive with your children fully dressed and camera-ready, with hair neatly styled. Our event schedule does not allow extra time for getting ready at the studio.
Help your children arrive rested and comfortably fed. Let them know they’ll be meeting a real miniature horse dressed as a unicorn! Encourage gentle movements and quiet voices, and reassure them that we’ll help them know exactly what to do.
For everyone’s safety, please follow our team’s directions when approaching or interacting with Cletus. Please do not bring treats to feed him.
How do I see my portraits?
After your portrait session, we’ll take a few minutes to prepare your images, then you’ll view them right away! Please allow approximately 60–90 minutes for the complete experience, including your session, viewing, and ordering appointment.
Please come prepared to make your portrait selections that day, as we do not schedule a separate return appointment for ordering.
Can you send me a price list?
We offer a variety of portrait sizes, finishes, and presentation options—from small keepsakes to statement artwork for your home. During your viewing and ordering appointment, we’ll walk you through the options and pricing so you can choose what fits your family’s vision and budget.
Most clients invest between $500 and $3,500, though some spend more, some less, and some choose only their complimentary Artist’s Choice portrait.
One gifted Artist’s Choice portrait is included per session, and there is no obligation to purchase additional artwork. We’re here to help you choose portraits you love, without pressure.
Payment plans are available through Affirm and Klarna, subject to approval. You may set up your Affirm account before your appointment to explore your purchasing power.
Can I buy digitals?
Yes! While our passion is creating beautiful printed portraits, we also offer digital collections and include the matching social media file with each portrait you purchase.
Your complimentary Artist’s Choice portrait is a print-only gift; a digital file is not included with that portrait.
These little years are filled with wonder, and we love creating artwork that lets you hold on to a piece of it. Digital portraits are also a lovely way to share your child’s magical meeting with family and friends! ✨
